Kaleidos is very pleased to introduce this national English ability evaluation and international cultural exchange activity organized by ACT, Inc. (American College Entrance Examination Board) to our community.

我們非常高興向家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生介紹此項(xiàng)由美國(guó)大學(xué)入學(xué)考試機(jī)構(gòu)ACT主辦的全國(guó)性英語能力評(píng)估和國(guó)際文化交流活動(dòng)。

ACT, Inc. American College Entrance Examination Board, established in 1959, is one of the world's most authoritative educational institutions, headquartered in Iowa, USA, and is also the proposition of the GMAT MBA entrance exam. The ACT score is based on the admission and scholarship of all universities in the United States (including Harvard, Yale, etc.).

ACT,Inc.美國(guó)大學(xué)入學(xué)考試委員會(huì)，成立于1959年，是全球較權(quán)威的教育機(jī)構(gòu)之一，總部位于美國(guó)愛荷華市，同時(shí)也是GMAT工商管理碩士入學(xué)考試的命題機(jī)構(gòu)。ACT成績(jī)是美國(guó)所有大學(xué)(包括哈佛、耶魯大學(xué)等)的入學(xué)與獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金發(fā)放依據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

ACT Youth English Proficiency Demonstration and Communication Show is held twice a year, which is divided into oral assessment held in the first half of a year and writing assessment held in the second half of the year, including two stages of regional selection and national general assessment. The writing assessment in the second half year is currently in application and the deadline is November 15th. Writing assessment takes the form of a written exam.

ACT中國(guó)青少年英語實(shí)用能力交流展示是由ACT,Inc主辦的全國(guó)性英語能力評(píng)測(cè)與國(guó)際文化交流活動(dòng)，分為每年上半年的口語類評(píng)測(cè)和下半年的寫作類評(píng)測(cè),包括各地區(qū)選評(píng)及全國(guó)總評(píng)兩階段。目前下半年的寫作類評(píng)測(cè)正在報(bào)名中。初評(píng)報(bào)名截止日期是11月15日。

This event is held in non-native English-speaking countries all over the world, and its award effectiveness is internationally recognized in these non-native English-speaking countries and native English-speaking countries. It evaluates English learners according to the language competence factors that they should possess when they take the American College Testing (ACT) in the future, so that Chinese students can have a personal experience of the entrance examination in Europe and America in advance. It laid a good foundation for Chinese students to participate in ACT (American College Testing) and apply for European and American universities.

此項(xiàng)活動(dòng)在世界各非英語為母語國(guó)家舉 辦,其獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)效力在這些非英語國(guó)家及英語國(guó)家通用，受到國(guó)際承認(rèn)。它對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)者依照以英語為母語和未來參加美國(guó)高考(ACT)所應(yīng)具備的語言能力要素進(jìn)行評(píng)定,便于中國(guó)學(xué)生提前對(duì)歐美大學(xué)入學(xué)考試有一個(gè)切身的體會(huì)。為ACT考試 進(jìn)入中國(guó)后參加ACT考試,申請(qǐng)歐美大學(xué)奠定一個(gè)良好的基礎(chǔ)。
